Client group windows
The New client group, Client group and Client groups windows are used to manage client groups.
The Client groups directory context menu.
window is opened by the command in the
Form fields:

Parent group — group to which the client group belongs. Selection is made in the window. Selecting (empty) or leaving the field empty without making a selection will make the client group a top-level group.

Name — name of the client group.

Description — brief description.

Security category — security category assigned to the client group. Selection is made in the window.
The security category defines which users have access to clients in the group.
In order for an employee to have access to select clients contained in the client group, the security category assigned to the client group must be included in the access settings configured for that employee's user role.

Suspended — whether the client group is temporarily suspended. Selection is made from Yes and No.
If a client group is suspended, it is not displayed on POS terminals and clients in the group cannot be selected.
This allows groups of clients to be temporarily excluded from special services without the need to delete them from the system.
Selecting
will add the client group to the directory and close the entry window. Selecting will close the entry window without saving the client group. Selecting will add the client group to the directory without closing the entry window.The editor window is opened by the
command in the context menu when one or more client groups are selected.If one client group is selected, the
editor window will open.
The fields are the same as in the New client group window.
The multiple client groups editor window opens when more than one client group is selected for editing.
The name of the window is
. This window includes a panel with a list of the selected client groups.
When multiple groups are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected groups.
