Auto-order item window
The following windows are used when working with auto-order items:
Entry window
The Specification panel context menu.
entry window is opened by the command from the
Fields in the Properties panel:

Auto-order — name of the auto-order into which the menu item or menu item shortcut is being added. Required field.
This field is populated automatically if the Name field in the Properties panel of the auto-order entry or editor window is filled in.
The field is empty if the name of the auto-order is not filled in, or if the window is opened from the Specification field of the multiple auto-orders editor window.

Auto-order item — name of the menu item or menu item shortcut. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
This can be a menu item with a fixed price or its shortcut, or a menu item with a price schedule or its shortcut.

Volume — amount of the item in units of measurement. Required field.
By default this field contains the value defined for the item in the directory.
The field has a drop-down list with the options Volume from menu and Enter value. If Volume from menu is selected, the field is automatically filled with the value specified for the item in the directory and will be highlighted in green. Selecting Enter value allows an arbitrary volume to be entered, in which case it will be in plain black text.

Unit (menu) — unit of measurement used for the menu item. Read only.
This field displays the value defined for the item in the directory.

Quantity — number of portions. Required field.
Default value is 1.

Price — price for the specified volume before any discounts or markups.
Calculated from the volume specified in this window multiplied by the price specified for the item in the directory.

Total — total value of the selected quantity of portions. Read only.
Calculated from Price multiplied by Quantity.

Index — position of the auto-order item in the order on the terminal screen.
Selecting
will add the item to the auto-order specification and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.The auto-order item editor window is opened by the Specification tab.

Multiple editor window
The multiple auto-order items editor window opens when more than one auto-order item is selected for editing.
The title in the window header is
. It has a panel displaying a list of selected auto-order items, with the auto-order that they relate to in brackets to the right of each item.
When multiple items are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected items.
Specification panel in the Auto-order window
The Specification panel is for entering the menu items included in the auto-order:
The Specification panel contains a data grid listing the menu items, menu item shortcuts and timed services that make up the auto-order.
Data grid columns:

Auto-order — name of the auto-order.

Auto-order item — name of the menu item included in the auto-order.

Volume — volume of menu item in auto-order.
-
Unit (menu) — menu unit of measurement used for the auto-order item.

Quantity — number of units of the item.
-
Price — price of the item.
-
Total — total value of the selected quantity of menu item in the auto-order.

Index — position of the auto-order item in the order on the terminal screen.

Menu group — menu item group that the menu item in the auto-order belongs to.
Context menu commands:

The command is available only for filled in specifications.

The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting auto-order items.
