Employee notification device window
Entry window
The New employee paging device window is used to add a new paging device to the directory.
The window is opened by the
command from the context menu.
Form fields:

Location — employee work location. Selection is made in the Select location window.

Device — name of the paging device. Selection is made in the window. The window displays devices registered in the selected location.

Date — date and time the record was added. Read only.

Employee — user name of the employee to whom the paging device is assigned. Selection is made in the window.

Operator — user name of the employee who created the record. Selection is made in the window. The user name of the current system user is entered into this field by default.
Selecting
will add the data to the directory and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu when or paging devices are selected.
Editor window
If one paging device is selected, the
editor window will open:
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more paging devices are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected paging devices. The title in the window header is Employee paging devices.
When multiple settings are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected settings.
