Data grids
Tabular data in Tillypad XL Manager are displayed in data grids. Data grids are used to display data in directories, document lists and in some editor windows.
If elements in a data grid are contained in groups, these groups can be expanded and collapsed to display or hide their contents in a similar manner to a tree menu.
Groups can also be 'hidden' using the Hide groups command in the Additional functions submenu of the . This removes groups from the data grid, leaving only bottom-level elements displayed.

If the data in the grid cannot be contained in groups (and therefore cannot be arranged in a tree formation), then they can be grouped by any column using the feature.
