Sales records by store document list
The Sales records by store document list is used for viewing and managing sales records created for selected stores and date ranges.

Data grid columns:

Number — sales record number. If the sales record store status is Running, the icon is displayed to the right of the number. If the store status is Error, the icon is displayed to the right of the number.

Date — date and time the business day (for which the sales record was created) was opened.

Description — brief description.

Store — name of the store for which the sales record was created.

Business day — the business day in which the stock items (for which the sales record was created) were sold.

Employee — user name of the employee who opened the business day for which the sales record was created.

Division — name of the division to which the terminals relating to the sales record belong.

Total (c) — cost price of stock items in the sales record.

Status (overall) — overall status of the sales record.

Status — user-assigned status. Can be one of the following:
Not ready - document is open for changes. Document has not been run on the store, or has been run but results were canceled. Status is illustrated by the icon.
Drawn up - document is locked and cannot be edited. Document has not been run on the store. Status is illustrated by the icon.
Registered - document has been run on the store. Document is read-only and cannot be edited or deleted. Status is illustrated by the icon.
Deleted - document is awaiting deletion from the list (completion of run on store). Status is illustrated by the icon.

Status (store) — document store status. Can take one of the following:
OK - document successfully run on store.
Running - document is being run on store.
Error - error running document on store.
