Report groups directory

A report must be included in a report group. Any report group can be a parent group for an unlimited number of subgroups (child groups).

The New report group, Report group and Report groups windows are used for adding, viewing and editing report groups.

The confirm delete window is used when deleting report groups. When a report group is deleted, all reports contained in it are also deleted.

Note

Groups that contain system objects cannot be deleted.

The Select report group window is used to select a report group from form fields in other windows.

Reports entered in the Report settings directory are displayed in the Reports submenu in the main menu. The Reports menu displays parent groups entered to the directory. Selecting one of these parent groups will collapse the list of subgroups and reports contained in it.
