Purchase price
Menu item purchase price is the total purchase price of the stock items that go into the menu item. Purchase price can therefore only be calculated for menu items that are associated with a stock item.

Purchase price is used both for menu items and menu item shortcuts.
Menu item purchase price recalculation is carried out using on-hand stock items that have been registered in stores of the selected group within the selected period. The interval used for recalculation of stock item purchase price is specified in the directory.
The
reports display two different prices:-
(Price (port.)) - purchase price for one portion of the menu item (or menu item shortcut). This is the total purchase price of stock items required to make one portion of the menu item.

(Price (ea.)) - purchase price for one unit of measure of the menu item (or menu item shortcut). This is the total purchase price of stock items required to make one unit of measure of the menu item.
