Restricted POS terminal operations operational report
The Restricted POS terminal operations operational report displays a list of guest tabs for which restricted terminal operations were carried out.
Location: Sales -> Restricted POS terminal operations.
Restricted terminal operations are those which can lead to financial losses if carried out incorrectly or with malicious intent. They must be authorised at the POS terminal by a user with appropriate access privileges.
Restricted terminal operations:
Order item voids — voiding individual items in an order.
Order and guest tab voids — voiding entire orders or guest tabs.
Changing guest tab properties — changing the table, number of customers, privilege or staff member.
Splitting guest tabs — moving order items from one guest tab into a new or existing guest tab.
Bill reprints — printing a bill that has already been printed.
Payment voids — voiding (refunding) payments.
