New in version 8.22

Changed - Help now opens in the user's language
The help file opens in English or Russian, depending on the main language specified in the user's language pack.

Changed - Table properties window
Table properties window now has column alignment options. Column display is managed using checkboxes.

Changed - Data export
Data grid context menu now contains Export submenu with two commands for exporting data to file or to an update package.

New feature - Find and replace in multi-line text fields
Find or find and replace search string in multi-line text fields using the Find/Replace command in context menu or Ctrl + F.

New feature - Keyboard shortcuts in selection fields
Use hot keys and keyboard shortcuts to select items in selection fields.

Changed - Selection field previously selected values
Selection fields now also contain values that have recently been selected in the equivalent selection field in any other window. Up to 16 values are stored, with the most recently selected appearing at the top. Values representing deleted objects or objects that the user does not have access to are not displayed.

Changed - Date and time field behaviour
When changing the date by selecting from the date picker, the time that was previously specified is not changed.

Changed - Anchor fields
Context menu removed from anchor fields and replaced with checkboxes to the right of the anchor fields. Checking a box makes its field an anchor.

New feature - Cost price calculation queue report
The Store subsystem now has the Cost price calculation queue operational report that is used to display the information on how many documents are in the process of or are waiting for cost price calculation. The report is generated for each store group separately.

Changed - Units of measurement directory renamed
The Units of measurement directory has been renamed into Stock items units of measurement.

Changed - Changes in device management

New feature - Values used in the Device windows
Values entered in the specifications of connected devices, configurable values types and software module print formats in the Software module window are used in the editor window of the device controlled by this software module.

Changed - Software module subordination
Software modules can now include subordinate modules that inherit parameters from their parent modules.

New feature - New specifications
Software modules now have new specifications: Supported functionality, Connected devices, Format types, States, Keyboard layout design, Configurable values.

New feature - Change log in guest tabs
Change log is now available for guest tabs. It is accessed using the Change log command in the Additional button menu.

Changed - Access to menu item shortcuts in Sales exclusions directory
Access to menu item shortcuts in Sales exclusions directory now corresponds to access to menu items.

New feature - Remote print mode field in sales setting element window
The new Mode field is used to define whether or how to group order items in remote printing tickets - no grouping, group by concurrence, group by course, group by concurrence and course.

Changed - Units of measurement directory renamed
Units of measurement directory renamed to Stock item units of measurement

New feature - Surveillance subjects panel added
If the device supports the Surveillance device functionality, the Surveillance subjects panel is displayed in this device editor window. The panel is also displayed in the editor windows of the devices connected to the surveillance device.

New feature - Module print formats directory
All device print format directories have been removed and replaced by the Module print formats directory. Print formats are grouped at first level under the software module (device driver) that uses them, and at second level under print format types.

New feature - Password log on
Enter your password to log in.

New feature - Change password on POS terminal
You can now change your user password directly on the POS terminal.

New feature - Print layouts for X-reports and Z-reports
Print layouts now include print layouts for the X- and Z-report. These print layouts are used to print X-reports and Z-reports generated using the file fiscal register. To use one of these print layouts, specify it in the file fiscal register (with the File fiscal software module) window.

New feature - Check cash in the cash drawer
Now you can enter the number of banknotes of a certain value to check the total sum of money in your cash drawer and display the X-report and non-fiscal analogue of Z-report. To do so, add the file fiscal register with the File fiscal software module in the Devices directory, specify the printer and print formats for this file fiscal register and add this device in the payment setting.

New feature - Log off automatically
POS terminal operating modes now have the LogoffAfterRegister, LogoffAfterSendingToPay and LogoffAfterPaying parameters to set up the automatic termination of the POS terminal session for the current user after submitting a guest tab, sending a bill for payment, bill payment, or after a user-defined timeout.

New feature - POS terminal automatic restart
If the device loader does not receive any response from the POS terminal within 5 minutes, the POS terminal is restarted automatically.

[New feature - Payment completed message
POS terminal operating modes now have the ShowPayResult parameter to display the Payment completed message at the end of the transaction. The parameter is set to False by default.

New feature - Print bill
You can now print a bill from the payment screen, using the Print bill command in the context menu.

New feature - Change privilege in the bill
POS terminal operating mode now have the AllowChangePreCheckPrivilege parameter to allow a user to change the privilege in the bill in two ways:

New feature - Print out guest tab
You can now print a guest tab. There are two ways to do it:

New feature - Splitting by volume
The Waiter POS terminal operating mode now has the AllowSplitVolume parameter to allow a waiter to split certain order items on a guest tab by volume. For the order item to be splitted by volume, it must have the Changes allowed (V*) parameter in the Sales parameters set to Yes. The parameter is set to False by default.

New feature - Allow a waiter to work with someone else's tables
The Waiter POS terminal operating mode now has the AllowOccupiedSomeoneElsePlaces parameter to allow a waiter to submit guest tabs and bills on tables with guest tab or bills submitted by another employee. The parameter is set to False by default.

New feature - A waiter's name displayed for each table
Each table on the Seating plan now has the name of the waiter who has created the guest tab displayed on the table thumbnail.

New feature - Order item course in the order editor window
The order item editor window contains the field where the course of the previously added order item is displayed by default. You can change the course of the order item by pressing the Page Up or Page Down key.

New feature - Pinned windows sidebar
Arrange your workspace by 'pinning' windows you are working with.

New feature - Menu item recalculation
Menu item recalculation is used to account for changes in the amounts of stock items that are included in menu items.

New feature - Privilege field added to order and order items
Privileges can now be assigned to individual orders and order items. Previously, privileges could only be assigned at guest tab level.

Background image panel added to seating and device layout editor window
The Background panel is used to specify a background image for use with a seating and device layout.

New feature - Create based on
New command added to stocktaking records list context menu. The Create based on command is used to create a new stocktaking record based on the last created collation report or based on a list of stock items on hand. The new record can be created with or without pre-populated volumes taken from the selected source.

Access to employees changed
Employee names are now accessible to all users. All other fields are dependent on access settings.

Changes to Employee editor window
Password panel renamed to Login with password. The Username field has been moved to this panel.

User password change
New password change form added to allow users to change their own passwords without accessing the Employees directory.

Changed - Simplified user log on and identification
New log on options are available.

New feature - Assign privilege to orders on POS
The context menu for operation with orders on the POS terminal contains a new command for assigning and editing privileges at order level. Previously, privileges could only be assigned at guest tab level.

New feature - Specify a seat number for the order item
You can now specify a seat number where the order item is to be served.

New feature - Highlighting ready order items in bold type
Once an order item is reported ready, it is highlighted in bold type in the order list.
