Menu groups
Menu groups contain menu items, menu item shortcuts and menu group shortcuts.
A collapsible list of menu groups is displayed in the and directories.
Any menu group can contain any number of subgroups.

In the directory, a parent menu group can contain menu groups, menu group shortcuts, menu items and menu item shortcuts, while in the directory, only menu groups and menu group shortcuts are displayed.
Menu groups in the directory can be expanded and collapsed to display or hide the menu items within them. Changes made in the directory are reflected in the directory and vice versa.
Menu groups are used to limit employee access to different menu items, menu item shortcuts and menu groups by setting a security category for each menu group.
A replication subscription can be set for menu groups.
