Tasks list
The
list is used for managing scheduled system tasks.Location:

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the task.

Description — brief description.

Task type — task type that the task belongs to.

Last run — date and time the task was last run.

Next run — date and time the task is next scheduled to run.

Status — status returned the last time the task was run. Can be one of the following:

Successfully completed — task executed successfully, not illustrated by any icon.

Running — task is currently executing, illustrated by the icon. Current execution time is displayed.

Error — task execution failed due to error. The text of the error is displayed, e.g. Parameter XYZ not found, illustrated by the icon.

Inactive — whether the task is temporarily deactivated. Deactivated tasks are illustrated by the icon.

Level — severity level of error the last time the task was run.

Running — whether the task is currently running.

Employee — user name of the employee who added the task.
Context menu commands:

This command is only available for non-system tasks.

This command is only available for non-system tasks.
