Table windows
Entry window
The , and windows are used for adding, viewing and editing tables.
All of these windows are opened from the directory.
The entry window is opened by the
command from the window context menu.
Form fields:

Table group — the name of the group to which a table belongs. Required field. The group is selected in the window. The group in this field defaults to that specified in the table groups window. If multiple groups are selected, the field remains empty by default.

Name
The name is used to select the table on the terminal, if a short name for the table has been specified. Table names are used in reports and guest tabs created on these tables.

Short name
Short name is displayed instead of full name:

on a seating and device layout on the terminal and in the monitoring window;

on the terminal next to the timed service which the table is allocated to.
To use a short name on the terminal, set the True value for the parameter UseShortName in the terminal parameters.

Description — brief description.

Number — a number assigned to a table, that can be used for selecting the table on the terminal.

Type — table type. Selection is made in the window.
On the seating and device layout, the picture set for this table type is used to illustrate the current status of the table.

Order privilege — name of the privilege applied on this table. Selection is made in the window.
The order privilege specified for the table applies to all guest tabs opened on this table.
Note
One guest tab can include several privileges (for the guest tab, for the division, for the table, for the client). All privileges are considered when calculating discounts.

Auto-order — name of the auto-order added to guest tabs created on the table. Selection is made in the window.
An auto-order specified for the table is added to the guest tab, when order submission is made.
Note
One guest tab can include only one auto-order (for the division or for the table). If auto-order is specified for the table, it will be added to the guest tab and the division auto-order will be ignored.

Device — name of the control device used on the table (for example a power control device). Selection is made in the window, in the list of devices that support the Relay interface.
Selecting
will add the table to the directory and close the entry window. Selecting will close the window without saving the table. Selecting will add the table to the directory without closing the entry window.The editor window allows one or more tables to be edited.
The editor window is opened by the
command in the context menu when one or more tables are selected.Editor window
If one table is selected, the
editor window will open.
The fields are the same as in the window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more tables are selected for editing, the multiple tables editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected tables. The title in the window header is
.
When multiple tables are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected tables.
