Stock movement from stores records document list

The Stock movement from stores records document list is used for viewing, storing, entering, editing and deleting stock movement records created for movements from specified stores in specified date ranges.

Location: Main menu -> Store -> Stock movement records -> From stores.

The stock movement from stores records list can also be opened using the Stock movement from stores records command from the context menu in the Stores directory.

Stock movement from store records can also be created, viewed and edited in Movement from store mode in Tillypad XL POS.

The document list is created using a filter to display records from selected stores in a specified date range.

The viewer window is opened by the filter steps Select date range, Select stores and Document list viewing mode.

The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel displaying a list of the stock movement records that match the selected filter parameters.

Data grid columns:

Document — stock movement from store record number. If the document store status is Running, the icon will be displayed to the right of the record number. If its store status is Execution error, the icon will be displayed.
Date — date and time the stock movement record was created;
Description — short description of the stock movement record.
Sending store — name of the store from which goods were sent.
Recipient store — name of the store to which goods were sent.
Employee — user name of the employee who created the stock movement record.
Status (overall) — overall status of the stock movement record.
Status — Status of the stock movement record. Status can be one of the following:
- Not ready — document is open for changes. Document has not been run on the store, or has been run but results were canceled. Status is illustrated by the icon.
- Drawn up — document is closed for changes. Document has not been run on the store. Illustrated by the icon.
- Sent — document is being processed on the sending store and has not yet been processed on the recipient store. Illustrated by the icon.
- Accepted — the document has been processed on both the sending store and the recipient store. Illustrated by the icon.
- Deleted — the document is queued for deletion. Illustrated by the icon.

Status (store) — status of stock movement record after processing by the storekeeping system. Status can be one of the following:
- OK — document successfully processed.
- Running — document is being processed.
- Execution error— error occurred when processing the document.
- Edit document in closed store period— document relates to a closed store period.
- Executed with warnings — occurs when the cost price of stock items in the document specification could not be calculated due to a Cost price loop.

Total (c) — value of the goods transferred.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — add a new stock movement record.
Edit (F2) — edit selected stock movement record.
Delete (Del) — permanently delete stock movement record.

Run — process stock movement records in storekeeping system.
Status — menu containing commands for editing document status,

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different states, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out,
Clipboard - contains commands for clipboard operations.
Additional functions — contains advanced commands for working with data grids.

New stock movement records are added using the New stock movement record and New stock movement records windows. The Stock movement record and Stock movement records windows are used for editing.

When deleting stock movement records, the permanent delete confirmation window opens.
