Company groups directory

The Company groups directory is used to manage company groups.

Location: Transactions -> Directories -> Company groups.

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the company group.
Description — brief description.
Security category — security category assigned to the company group.
Parent group — name of the immediate containing group, for second-level groups and lower.
Subscription status — status of the subscription for receipt of information about changes to payment method groups during replication.
Subscription — type of subscription.
Subscription status (overall) — overall subscription status.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — add new company group.
Edit (F2) — edit selected company group.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Delete (Del) — delete company group to the Recycle bin.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

The New company group, Company group and Company groups windows are used for adding, viewing and editing company groups.

The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting company groups. When a company group is deleted, all companies and subgroups contained in it are also deleted.

The Select company group window is used to select company groups from the Company and Company group window.
