Client information format windows
Entry window
The entry window is used to enter a new client information format.
The window is opened by the Add command from the directory context menu.
The window contains the additional panels Query, Model and Format.
New client information format entry window
Form fields in the Properties panel:

Name — name of the client information format.

Description — brief description
Selecting will add the entry to the deirectory and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.
The editor window is opened by the command in the context menu when or client information formats are selected.
Editor window
If one client information format is selected, the editor window will open:

The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more client information formats are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected client information formats. The title in the window header is . No additional panels are displayed.

When multiple items are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected formats.
Query panel in the Client information format window
The Query panel contains an SQL database query that is used when generating the data displayed in the message.

Query panel fields:

Data sets - names of data sets created on query execution.

Query - the body of the query.
The context menu of the Query tab contains only the command. Selecting this command opens the window.
