The new Authorisation void failure format panel in the authorisation voiding format editor window is used to specify a slip printing format for use when the card transaction void is rejected by the acquiring system.

The Authorisation voiding formats directory is used to manage print formats for authorisation voiding slips.

Location: Devices -> Print formats -> Authorisation voiding formats.

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the authorisation voiding format.
Description — brief description.
System — whether the authorisation voiding format is a system object.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — add a new authorisation voiding format.
Add copy (Alt+C) — add a copy of an existing authorisation voiding format.
Edit (F2) — edit selected authorisation voiding formats.
Delete (Del) — delete authorisation voiding format;
Import — import authorisation voiding formats from an external file;
Export — export authorisation voiding formats to an external file with the .tpxl_fva extension;
