Guest tab format windows
Entry window
The window is opened by the command from the context menu.
The window contains the Properties panel and additional panels: Filter, Query and Format.
New guest tab format entry window
Properties panel fields:

Name — name of the guest tab printing format.

Description — brief description.

Based on — name of the guest tab format that was used to create the new format.
Selecting OK will add the data to the directory and close the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving any changes.
Editor window
The window is opened by the command in the context menu when or guest tab printing formats are selected.
If one guest tab printing format is selected, the Guest tab format editor window will open.

The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more guest tab printing formats are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected guest tab printing formats. The title in the window header is Guest tab formats. No additional panels are displayed.

When multiple formats are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected formats.
