Bill formats directory

The Bill formats directory is used to manage bill printing formats.

Location: Devices -> Print formats -> Bill formats.

Data grid columns:

Name — bill format name.
Description — brief description.
System — whether the bill format is a system object. System bill formats are illustrated by the icon.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — add new bill format.
Add copy (Alt+C) — add a copy of a selected bill format.
Edit (F2) — edit selected bill formats.
Delete (Del) — delete selected bill formats to Recycle bin.
Import — import bill formats from an external file.
Export — export bill formats to an external file with the .tpxl_fp extension.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

Bill formats are added using the New bill format. The Bill format and Bill formats windows are used for editing.

The Bill format. Copy and Bill formats. Copies windows are used to add copies of existing bill formats.

The Bill format. Import and Bill formats. Import windows are used to import bill formats from an external file.

The Export window is used for exporting bill formats.

The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting bill formats.

The Select bill format window is used to select bill formats from form fields in other windows.
