Authorisation voiding format windows
Entry window
The New authorisation voiding format entry window is used to enter a new authorisation voiding format.
The window is opened by the
command from the directory context menu.The window contains the panels Properties, , Query and Format.
Properties panel fields:

Name — name of the authorisation voiding format.

Description — brief description.

Based on — name of the authorisation failure format that was used to create the new format.
Selecting
will add the data to the directory and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.Editor window
The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu when or authorisation voiding formats are selected.
If one format is selected, the Authorisation voiding format editor window will open:
The fields and panels are the same as in the entry window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more authorisation voiding formats are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected authorisation voiding formats. The title in the window header is Authorisation voiding formats.
When multiple formats are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected formats.
Filter panel in the Authorisation voiding format window
The Filter panel displays panels with filter parameters used for the filter steps. These filter steps must be carried out in order to generate the print layout for authorisation voids.
Filter panels display the message Not initialised. The filter is initiated on execution of the command in the Query panel or on pressing the button in the Format or Authorisation void failure format panels.
Query panel in the Authorisation voiding format window
The Query panel contains the SQL query that returns data for message generation from the database:
Query panel fields:

Data sets — names of data sets created on query execution.

Query — body of the query.
The context menu of the Query panel contains only the command. Selecting this command opens the window.
