The new Authorisation failure format panel in the authorisation format editor window is used to specify a slip printing format for use when the card transaction is rejected by the acquiring system.

Entry window
The window is opened by the
command from the context menu.The window contains the Properties panel and the additional panels Filter, Query, Format and Authorisation failure format.

Authorisation format entry window
Properties panel fields:

— name of the authorisation format.

— brief description.

Based on — name of the authorisation format that was used to create the new format.
Selecting
will add the data to the directory and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.Editor window
The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu when one or more authorisation formats are selected.
If one authorisation format is selected, the Authorisation format editor window will open.
The fields and panels are the same as in the entry window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more authorisation formats are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected authorisation formats. The title in the window header is Authorisation formats.
When multiple formats are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected formats.
