Table window

Windows used with tables:

Table and Tables editor windows,
New table entry window.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu when one or more tables are selected.

If one table is selected, the Table editor window opens.

Properties panel fields:

Table group — table group to which the table belongs. Required field.

Selection is made in the Select table group window.
Name — name of the table. Required field.

The name will be displayed on the terminal and in the monitoring window.
Short name � short name of the table.

Short name is displayed instead of full name:
- on a seating and device layout on the terminal and in the monitoring window;
- on the terminal next to the timed service which the table is allocated to.
To use a short name on the terminal, set the True value for the parameter UseShortName in the terminal parameters.

Description — brief description.
Table number � number of the table used to select the table on the POS terminal seating layout.
Type � type of the table. Required field.

Selection is made in the Select table type window.

On the seating and device layout, the picture set for this table type is used to illustrate the current status of the table.
Order privilege � privilege, related to the table. This privilege is added to the order.

Selection is made in the Select privilege window.

The order privilege specified for the table applies to all guest tabs opened on this table.

Note

One guest tab can include several privileges (for the guest tab, for the order or order item, for the division, for the table or the client). All privileges are considered when calculating discounts.
Auto-order � auto-order specified for the table. The auto-order is automatically added to the guest tab created on the table.

Selection is made in the Select auto-order window.

An auto-order specified for the table is added to the guest tab an order is submitted.

Note

One guest tab can include only one auto-order (for the division or for the table). If auto-order is specified for the table, it will be added to the guest tab and the division auto-order will be ignored.
Control device � name of the device used on the table, e. g. pool table power management device.

Selection is made in the Select device window from a list of devices that support a Relay interface.

Select OK to save changes and close the window. Select Apply to save changes without closing the window. Select Cancel to close the window without saving changes.

When two or more tables are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected tables. The title in the window header is Tables.

When multiple tables are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected tables.

The fields are the same as in the Table editor window.

The entry window is opened by the Add command from the directory context menu.
